- have already been working for several years in sales of womenswear
- have experience in store management, merchandising and product presentation

- are studying fashion design or have already graduated in design
- are committed and eager to work independently
- have an eye for colors, shapes and proportions
- have a good sense for style
- have basic sewing & production skills
- can still work precisely and eager - even under time pressure
- already have some experience with Excel and Corel Draw
