DELIVERY, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING PAULINA MATERNITY
Order Policy
We process our orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. All products remain the ownership of Paulina e. K. until full payment is made.
If in any case the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards, and the order shall be withdrawn. In these circumstances, we will notify you by e-mail and refund to your credit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment. Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Shipping Policy and Rates
International customers: German VAT will automatically be deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries. This will be clearly indicated during the order process. Please note that custom taxes and duties for each individual country may be applied through the shipping company DHL and will be invoiced separately through DHL. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. However, please allow up to seven days for delivery as external factors may cause delays.
Shipping costs will be calculated only depending on the destination of your package. All deliveries will be made with our logistics partner DHL. The terms and conditions of DHL are an important part of our Terms and Conditions and can be found under www.dhl.de
Paulina insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
All deliveries will be made to the shipping address given by the customer unless otherwise requested. Estimated delivery times are not binding unless exceptions regarding delivery have been agreed upon. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that Paulina Maternity is eligible for partial shipping.
International Shipping Rates:
Shipping Rate: 46.00 $
Refused shipments: If you choose to refuse any shipments from Paulina, you assume responsibility for the original shipping costs to you, any custom duties, taxes and/ or fees that are incurred on the shipment (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Paulina. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
