I think the "Bellyguard" is a great innovation for every outfit when you think it is yet too early to buy maternity fashion. It's a flexible buckle which looks like a small belt that can be clipped in the loops of your trousers so that you can leave your trousers unbuttoned - the buckle covers that. It's absolutely great, because this way I can wear my favorite non-maternity jeans a couple of months longer during my pregnancy.
